This loyalty programme is designed to give you continuous savings on your hourly private online one-to-one tuition (Private Tuition, Grinds and Conversation Classes). This programme does not apply to Group Classes and face-to-face grinds, which are already set at a great value.
Continuous Discount: For every 5 hours of tuition you book, your hourly rate automatically decreases by €2.
Maximum Value: This loyalty discount stacks with the savings you already receive from purchasing any lesson bundle, ensuring you get the absolute best price on your ongoing private tuition.
Family Equity Discount: When one family member is enrolled in private tuition, all immediate family members joining a grind or conversation class will automatically receive the same hourly rate as the longest-standing family student.
Best Price Guaranteed: This saving accumulates until your rate reaches a minimum price of €40 per hour.
The online grinds/conversation/group classes are held via Zoom. You will receive a unique link for your lesson before our first session. This link will be the same for the all future classes so make sure to save it somewhere. All you need is a computer or tablet, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space to learn.
Yes, my grinds and group courses include customised learning materials, such as module booklet, written exam notes, and links to relevant online resources and self-paced exercises, all tailored to your specific needs and goals.
For a complete beginner, I recommend you get in touch first. This allows us to discuss your goals and for me to suggest whether a one-to-one grind or an upcoming group course would be the best fit for you. The French Beginners Courses are specifically designed for those starting from the very beginning.
Grinds are focused on a specific curriculum (like Junior Cycle or Leaving Cert) or defined personal/professional objectives. They include structured lessons, resources, and strategic home practice to ensure you meet your specific language goals. Conversation classes, by contrast, prioritize active speaking practice, building fluency, vocabulary, and confidence through engaging discussions.
Payment for individual sessions, bundles or courses is required in advance to secure your slot. You can pay securely online via debit/credit card for your first free taster lesson. For further lessons and for the group courses you can also pay by Google Pay, Apple Pay, Revolut Pay and Bank transfer.
For Private Grinds & Conversation Classes: You can reschedule a class at no extra cost, provided you give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will, unfortunately, be charged in full.
For Group Classes & Courses: A full refund is available for cancellations made with more than 5 days’ notice prior to the start date. No refunds will be given after this period. If you miss a class during the course, a refund is not available, and a make-up class cannot be provided. However, all course notes and resources will be available on the course’s Google Classroom so you can catch up on what you missed.
The symbolic €1 fee acts as a simple filter to verify serious interest. This small commitment secures your dedicated slot, allowing me to dedicate my full, focused attention to delivering a valuable first lesson.
